Section 4 - Termination

Your rights under this Agreement will automatically be terminated without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Ads-ZM may immediately revoke your access to the advertising accounts. For this circumstance, in accordance with case by case, you may not receive any balance from Ads-ZM.

In case you request to stop using one or all advertising accounts, the remaining balance shall be refunded to you or transferred to active advertising accounts within 2 business days if there are no issues incurred from your activities.
